You do not need to know every detail in advance. If something is missing, we ask you for it while we review your request. The headings below show the information that makes our work easier for each type of request. 01 ### Product sourcing * The product you are looking for and the country where you want it delivered. * Quantity. If it is not decided yet, just say so. * Quality, size or packaging expectations, if you know them. GTİP (Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu) is the product code in the Turkish customs tariff. Delivery terms are set with Incoterms, a set of international trade terms that divide delivery duties, costs and risks between buyer and seller. If you have not decided, you can choose “Not sure”. * Weight, dimensions and planned date, if you know them. While we review your request, we work out together which service group it belongs to. ## What happens after you submit a request? **You submit your request.**Once your request is saved, a “Your quote request has been received” message and your request number appear on the screen. **We review your request.**We review your request and get in touch with you. If needed, we ask you for missing details. **If the scope is clear and the request is suitable, a commercial quote is prepared.** Receiving a request does not mean that a commercial quote has been issued or that a service has been accepted. **Business partners and authorized parties may be involved.**For steps such as transport and customs procedures, the relevant business partners and authorized parties may be involved. Harbiteks takes part in coordinating these steps; who carries out which step is clarified during the quoting process. ## Frequently asked questions Do I get a price as soon as I submit a request? No. The form has no automatic binding price and no instant freight (transport charge) calculation. Your request is reviewed; if the scope is suitable, a commercial quote is prepared separately. Which products and routes can I send a request for? Tell us about your product, your origin and destination points and the support you want. Requests are assessed by product, route and scope. Sending a request does not mean that we provide a service for every product or route. Some products and countries may require a special permit or a procedure with a competent authority; in that case, an authorized specialist needs to check it. Is a phone number required? No. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. The required fields in every request are request type, full name, email and a short description; depending on the request type you choose, a few additional fields may appear. How is my personal data used? You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages in order to send a quote request.
