Transport is coordinated with the relevant carriers and partners. * **Road:** FTL (Full Truckload) is a shipment in which your cargo uses the truck on its own. LTL (Less than Truckload) is a shipment in which the truck’s cargo space is shared with other cargo. * **Air:** Considered for shipments where time is the priority. * **Sea:** FCL (Full Container Load) is a shipment in which your cargo fills a container on its own. LCL (Less than Container Load) is a method in which cargo that does not fill a container travels together with other cargo. Cargo acceptance, price and timing become clear after this assessment. **Needs and suitability.**We gather information about your product or cargo, your origin and destination points, and your planned timeline, and we review the request together with you. **Scope and quote.**We clarify the suitable options and the scope of service. For requests that are found to fit our scope, we prepare a commercial quote. **Your approval.**Operational steps begin once you approve the quote and the scope. **Coordination and updates.**We coordinate the steps with suppliers, carriers and authorized parties, and we keep you informed about the process. ## Our role and our partners In these services, Harbiteks acts in a coordination role. The supplier provides the product, carriers perform the transport, and authorized parties carry out transactions that depend on authorization, such as customs declarations and the issuing of official documents. We support the planned flow of information and documents between these parties. We clarify with you which party carries out which step. ## What information helps with a quote? You do not need to know everything; you can start with the information you have. We complete the missing details together. * A description of the product or cargo. If you know it, also add the product’s GTİP number. GTİP (Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu) is the 12-digit code that identifies goods in the Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule. * Countries and cities of departure and arrival. * Estimated quantity. If it is not yet known, simply say so. * Planned date or period. * For transport requests, weight and dimensions. If you are not sure about the transport method, you can say so as well. * If you know it, the delivery term (Incoterms). The form does not calculate a price automatically. After your request is assessed, a commercial quote is prepared separately if the request is found to fit our scope.
