Product Sourcing and Purchasing Intermediation
For companies that want to buy products from Turkey.
We help you get matched with suppliers that fit your product requirement, and we support the commercial discussions between buyer and seller. Together we clarify your product description, estimated quantity and delivery country. The purchase decision and the approval of commercial terms stay with you.
Export, Import and Operations Coordination
For companies with an export or import transaction.
In a foreign trade transaction, we help you plan the flow between the goods, the documents and the parties: clarifying the delivery term, gathering the information needed to prepare documents, and coordinating correspondence with the relevant parties. The delivery term can be set using Incoterms (International Commercial Terms), a set of rules that define how responsibilities, costs and risk are shared between buyer and seller. Transactions that depend on authorization, such as customs declarations, are carried out by authorized parties; we coordinate the flow of information and documents.
International Transport Coordination
For companies that want to ship cargo internationally.
Together with you, we review road, air and sea options based on your cargo, your schedule and your budget. Transport is coordinated with the relevant carriers and partners.
- Road: FTL (Full Truckload) is a shipment in which your cargo uses the truck on its own. LTL (Less than Truckload) is a shipment in which the truck’s cargo space is shared with other cargo.
- Air: Considered for shipments where time is the priority.
- Sea: FCL (Full Container Load) is a shipment in which your cargo fills a container on its own. LCL (Less than Container Load) is a method in which cargo that does not fill a container travels together with other cargo.
How we work
Each request is assessed separately according to the product, the route and the terms of the transaction. Cargo acceptance, price and timing become clear after this assessment.
Our role and our partners
In these services, Harbiteks acts in a coordination role. The supplier provides the product, carriers perform the transport, and authorized parties carry out transactions that depend on authorization, such as customs declarations and the issuing of official documents. We support the planned flow of information and documents between these parties. We clarify with you which party carries out which step.
What information helps with a quote?
You do not need to know everything; you can start with the information you have. We complete the missing details together.
- A description of the product or cargo. If you know it, also add the product’s GTİP number. GTİP (Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu) is the 12-digit code that identifies goods in the Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule.
- Countries and cities of departure and arrival.
- Estimated quantity. If it is not yet known, simply say so.
- Planned date or period.
- For transport requests, weight and dimensions. If you are not sure about the transport method, you can say so as well.
- If you know it, the delivery term (Incoterms).
The form does not calculate a price automatically. After your request is assessed, a commercial quote is prepared separately if the request is found to fit our scope. Sending a request does not mean that a quote has been given or that a service has been accepted.
