What information do we need for a quote request?
You do not need to know every detail in advance. If something is missing, we ask you for it while we review your request. The headings below show the information that makes our work easier for each type of request.
Product sourcing
- The product you are looking for and the country where you want it delivered.
- Quantity. If it is not decided yet, just say so.
- Quality, size or packaging expectations, if you know them.

Foreign trade coordination
- The kind of support you are looking for: coordination of exports, imports or document processes.
- Product and country details.
- The product’s GTİP code and the delivery term, if you know them. GTİP (Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu) is the product code in the Turkish customs tariff. Delivery terms are set with Incoterms, a set of international trade terms that divide delivery duties, costs and risks between buyer and seller.

What happens after you submit a request?
Frequently asked questions
Do I get a price as soon as I submit a request?
No. The form has no automatic binding price and no instant freight (transport charge) calculation. Your request is reviewed; if the scope is suitable, a commercial quote is prepared separately.
Which products and routes can I send a request for?
Tell us about your product, your origin and destination points and the support you want. Requests are assessed by product, route and scope. Sending a request does not mean that we provide a service for every product or route. Some products and countries may require a special permit or a procedure with a competent authority; in that case, an authorized specialist needs to check it.
Is a phone number required?
No. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. The required fields in every request are request type, full name, email and a short description; depending on the request type you choose, a few additional fields may appear.
How is my personal data used?
You do not have to agree to receive marketing messages in order to send a quote request. How your form details are processed is explained in the Privacy notice.
