Harbiteks is based in Merter, Istanbul, and supports the coordination of product sourcing from Turkey and of your foreign trade processes. This form is a short first step to tell us what you need. It does not calculate a price. If your request fits our scope, a commercial quote is prepared separately after we review it.

Required fields are marked with *. You can leave out details you do not know, or choose options such as “Not sure yet” and “Not decided yet”. The form does not ask for a street address, ID or tax details, and it has no file upload.

How is your request handled?

For steps such as supplier, carrier and customs procedures, the relevant business partners and authorized parties may be involved. Harbiteks helps coordinate these steps. Who takes part in which step is clarified together with you during the quoting process.

The “Your quote request has been received” message and the request number mean that your request has been saved. They do not mean that a commercial quote has been issued or that a service has been accepted.

Your request is reviewed.We look at the product or cargo, the origin and destination points and the planned timeline. We check whether the request fits our service scope.

We ask for missing details if needed.If information needed for a quote is missing, we contact you by email, or by phone if you gave a number.

If it fits, a commercial quote is prepared separately.If your request fits our scope, the quote is prepared as a separate step. Price, scope and terms become clear at the quote stage.

Information that helps us prepare a quote

You do not need to know all of it. A missing detail does not stop you from sending your request.

For product sourcing

The name and type of the product, and specifications such as size, material and color
Estimated quantity (leave it empty if it is not decided)
The country of delivery and the timeline you want
For textiles and apparel: also the product type, the size or measurement breakdown and your packaging preference

For foreign trade coordination

Which product and which country or countries are involved
Whether it is an import or an export, and at which step you want support (such as document flow or shipment planning)
The product’s GTİP code, if you know it. GTİP (Gümrük Tarife İstatistik Pozisyonu) is the number that shows the product’s class in the Turkish customs tariff.
Your preferred Incoterms rule, if you know it. Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are international trade terms that set the delivery point, the costs and who carries the risk between buyer and seller.

For transport coordination

Origin and destination (country and city)
The type of cargo and its packaging (such as boxes or pallets)
Approximate weight and dimensions
The date when the cargo will be ready
Your preferred mode of transport: road, air or sea; full load or partial load. If you do not know, you can choose “Not sure”.

No files are uploaded through this form. If documents such as an invoice or a packing list are needed, we ask you for them during the review. The documents and permits required for imports and exports vary by product and country. For exact information, check with an authorized customs broker or the relevant authorities. Frequently asked questions

Does sending a quote request mean placing an order? No. The form is only for telling us what you need. It does not create an order or a contract. Commercial terms are shared separately at the quote stage.

Does the form calculate a price or freight? No. The form has no automatic price and no instant freight (transport charge) calculation. Your request is reviewed; if it fits our scope, a quote is prepared separately.

I do not know the product, weight or dimensions exactly. Can I still send my request? Yes. The required fields are limited to a few basics: your name, email address and phone number. Leave out the details you do not know, or use options such as “Not sure” and “Not decided yet”.

Which countries can I send a request for? Your request is assessed by route, product and scope. If a request falls outside our scope, we tell you.

Can I attach documents or files? There is no file upload in this form. If needed, we ask you for document details during the review.
